Can I turn up on the day
and pay?
Yes,
just come to the H.Q.
and sign on by
filling out the entry
form, then collect your I.D. number and saddle
up.
You will have
to log out, if you fail to log
out, no time will be recorded for your ride. |

the start
time?.
The start
time is at
10.00am.

Can I pay with a credit
card, switch card,
euro's, U.S. dollars?

What will I receive
after I have sent in my
entry form?

have paid to take part

Where do I go when I get
to the event?
Please follow the event
Marshall's instructions
for vehicle parking, then make your way to
the H.Q. to sign on.
Plus collect your
information pack along
with the rider I.D.
number and route map. |

What sort of cycling
routes will it be on?
The route will follow
black arrows on white
cards along a marked
trail.
Taking in
uphill sections, downhill
sections (Some steep) country lanes, farm
tracks (Some
narrow) A-roads, B-roads. |

Will
there
be
any
refreshments
on
the
day?
Yes,
there
will
be 2
'FEED-ZONES' on the
route.
Apart from
food, water & juice on the
route there will be tea, coffee
& food from a mobile
cafe at the finish &
start |

How do I get to the
event site?
Due to conditions
beyond our control
the event location
has moved from The
Mill House Farm,
Walesby.

Are there any toilets at
the event site?

Is there a maximum time
allowed to complete the
ride?
Sort
of, we aim to have you
all back by 18.00.
A vehicle will go around
the route (Where
possible) to pick any
riders dropping out. |

Is the event a race?
No,
It is just what the
title suggests - a
'MTB' challenge.
If the
individual cyclist
wishes to compete
against one another or
go for a personal
best, that is no
problem. |

Will
I
get
a
record
of
the
time
it
took
to
complete
the
ride?
We will be
publishing finishing
times on the web site
after the event for your
own interest.

Are there any age
limits?
No, but
please bear in mind the
route is about 40miles /
65km long over some very
demanding terrain.
Riders
under 16 yrs old may now enter providing a parent / Guardian

be accompanied around the whole route.

If I cannot make it back
to the finish arena with my
child, what help is
there?
A sweeper vehicle
will be patrolling the
route to pick up
drop-out riders, the
driver will not carry
spares. |

Is there a collection
point?
Yes, there
are 2 collection points on
the route at the
FEED-ZONE'S marked on
the route map.
If you have
to drop-out make your
way to the FEED-ZONE and
wait there for the
sweeper vehicle.

drop-out
and
leave

event
by
other
means,
