Below is a selection of cycling routes from around the North East Lincolnshire area.
The trailfinders have been busy checking out cycling routes for you, all FREE, just print off.
Please bear in mind as time goes by, some of the routes may have altered.

	Abbreviations: turn left = T.L. turn right = T.R. Go straight on = GO-STR-ON road junction = R.JCT from start = F.S. Left hand bend = L.H.B.


TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 1 Goxhill Thornton Abbey Ulceby Wooton Thornton Curtis A circular trail. From the lowlands of the Humber marshes up to the gentle slopes of the northern Wolds. Passing through open countryside & small villages. Distance: 18.5miles / 29.7km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 2 Barton on Humber Horkstow Saxby-all-Saints Bonby Melton Ross Wooton Burnham. A circular trail through open countryside with views of the Ancholme valley. Plus the rolling farmlands of the high Wolds. Distance: 20miles / 32km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 3 Barton on Humber South Ferriby Horkstow Saxby all Saint Bonby Worlaby A circular trail with views of the lower Ancholme valley. Rolling countryside, linked by little lanes. Pretty villages like Horkstow, Saxby, Bonby & Worlaby. Distance: 14.5miles / 23.3km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 4 Winterton Roxby Sawcliffe Low Risby Appleby B-1207 A circular trail overlooking the river Ancholme. Through mainly arable land & along the Roman road. Distance: 7.5miles / 12km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 5 Burton upon Stather Walcot Alkborough West Halton Colby Thealby Flixborough. A circular trail along quiet country lanes. Good views over the lower valley of the river Trent where it meets the Ouse & Humber. Distance: 12.1miles / 19.4km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 6 Scunthorpe Burringham East Butterwick Messingham Bottesford A-159 A circular trail through the parks of Scunthorpe to the flood plains of the Trent. Returning through Messingham & Bottesford. The trail connects with the Sandhills & Windmills ride. (Trail Distance: 14.6miles / 23.4km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 7 Althorpe Beltoft Epworth Low Melwood Kelfield West Butterwick A circular trail which take in many of the sights of the historic Isle of Axholme. Through quite countryside. Visiting Owston Ferry, West Butterwick on the Trent. Distance: 13.7miles / 22km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 8 Brigg Scawby Sturton Hibaldstow North Kelsey Howsham Cadney A circular trail crossing the North Lincs boundary several times South of Brigg. The trail lies within the Ancholme valley. Taking in small villages & riverside scenery along the way. Distance: 17.8miles / 28.6km.

TRAIL INFO	TRAIL ROUTE	TRAIL 9 Barton on Humber South Ferriby West Halton Burton upon Stather Gunness West Butterwick North Kelsey Bigby Barnetby Burnham A long distance circular trail taking in gently rolling Wolds. The level carrs of the Ancholme valley, the soft limestone of the Lincolnshire Edge. Riverside villages on the Trent, views of the Humber bridge, the might estuaries & more. Distance: About 60miles / 96.5km.
