Please remember that cyclists do not have any rights of way on footpaths or over access land. All the trails are circular & some can be extended to give you a longer ride. Many start from car parks and all have some car parking near by. Enjoy your mountain biking & follow the highway code and have special consideration for walkers and horse riders who share the trails with you.

Trail 8
A circular trail crossing the North Lincs boundary several times South of Brigg. The trail lies within the Ancholme valley taking in villages & river scenery along the way. Bicyclemania trailfinders Suggest starting from Brigg:

For this circular cycle ride, started off in Brigg. The ride crosses the North Lincolnshire boundary several times South of Brigg. The route lies within the Ancholme Valley taking in attractive small villages, riverside scenery, the Roman road Ermine Street and several interesting historic sites. Some of the attractions along the way are Brigg market town, which holds its annual horse fair on the 5th August, the fair dates back to 1215. Twigmoor woods has a superb show of rhododendrons, Hibaldstow has a combined windmill and watermill which was built in 1802. The airfields used by Fighter Command in 1941 and Hibaldstow bridge spanning the " New river ". There are many more sites to see along this charming route. Traffic levels are generally moderate apart from Brigg, Scawby and Hibaldstow, so take care.
