The Info
Please remember that cyclists do not have any rights of way on footpaths or over access land. All the trails are circular & some can be extended to give you a longer ride. Many start from car parks and all have some car parking near by. Enjoy your mountain biking & follow the highway code and have special consideration for walkers and horse riders who share the trails with you.

Trail 2
A circular trail through open countryside, with views of the Ancholme valley & the rolling farmlands of the high Wolds. Bicyclemania trailfinders Suggest starting from Barton-Upon-Humber:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The best place to start is Baysgarth Park, Barton upon Humber, but it's up to you, anywhere is O.K. it's a circular route through fine open countryside with great views over the Ancholme Valley and the rolling farmlands of the high Wolds. The area has many secluded roads to explore, with several attractive villages within east reach. The long distance Viking Way footpath runs North to South through the centre of this cycle route. The attractions on route are the Baysgarth House museum set in over 30 acres of grounds. The house dates back to the late 17th and 18th centuries. Check out the villages on your travels too. Traffic is generally light but with one or two major roads to cross so take care.
